Location is perfect in the center of old town. Just few meters and you are at heart of it. The good part is that you can start sightseeing first thing in the morning and have a rest midday when the crowd (and heat) is at its peak then resume for more sightseeing in the afternoon after a good rest in the accommodation. This is very important when in Dubrovnik. Access to apto has a bit of stairs (2 levels from memory) which can be difficult if you have heavy bags or problems with stairs. We stay 3 days there and really enjoy the convenience of the location. We stay only in the old town and move to another city at end of our stay.

stairs can be challenging but was not a problem for us. We were 2 senior couples and could handle easily many trips up and down during the day. The aircon in the room did not cool enough but the summer days were not that hot when we were there. Not a drama. Street noise can be nuisance as people party until very late. This can be a problem for people with sensitive ears.

Location is phenomenal.

Shower door missing. One air conditioner unit did not work. Lots of street noise in 1 bedroom.
