Clean and recently renovated room, with basic kitchen utilities and washing machine. Located in a quiet street up many stairs, near Buza gate. Lots of restuarants nearby, easy to do all the major sightseeing and access public transport from outside the city walls. Would recommend if you have a short stay in Dubrovnik.
We unfortunately found the owner difficult to communicate with over simple issue (internet connection issues and using the shower), and unfortunately she became very defensive when some recommendations for future guest were given i.e. providing the luggage storage locations pre-check in vs leaving a list in the room for use on arrival. We personally would have found the list very helpful prior to check-in. A clothes drying rack would be a nice addition as well.

Location was good (except for all the stairs).
The shower screen is broken, tv didn’t work. Bed up against a wall made it difficult to get out. It needs a serious clean. The light fittings are covered in dust.
