La amabilidad y gran disponibilidad de la anfitriona. Siempre estuvo a nuestro servicio.
No es algo atribuible al alojamiento, pero subir y bajar tantas escaleras con equipaje fue una experiencia poco grata que, repito, no es culpa del alojamiento.

The apartment was really beautiful and modern. Bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and big with good water pressure. The apartment is right in the centre of Dubrovnik, however as it’s up some flights of stairs, it’s far enough from the restaurant noise. Jelena, our host was so warm and welcoming and left us video message with some useful tips. She was so great with us and nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing. Would have been nice to have some plates or bowls (for crisps for example), but not a deal breaker.

Our host,Jelena was exceptionally helpful, she provided everything we needed, she was always happy, greeting us everyday and making us feel comfortable. We stayed in the Superior Room Gabriela and the location was central, close to all 3 gates of the old town city walls.
As we entered our room/apt, it had a damp smell and has some moulds on walls, this is probably due to lack of sunlight and ventilation. However, the room was clean. We just had to open the window throughout the day to get rid of the damp smell. Another thing we were not ready for was how steep and the number of stairs to climb up and down to get to the room. Pls note, if you have big luggages, there are porter services available or travel light.
