I loved the location, clear instructions, & cleanliness. :) Old town is just absolutely gorgeous and worth staying in to get a more authentic experience.

I was only a bit confused about which apartment I rented due to the pictures on the site so I was expecting a slightly bigger space that would have been better given there were two of us sharing a room. otherwise, it was a great stay and I would still stay here again!

Well located, clean, friendly and helpful staff

Perfectly located above the bustle and bustle of the old town but not too many stairs to be uncomfortable. The rooms (we took 4) are exceptionally clean. The hosts are wonderfully helpful and friendly.

Beautifully authentic property in the heart of the old town with everything you need!

This property was perfect in every way possible. The location was second to none. Not only were you in the centre of the old town you really felt like you had an authentic experience from the beams in the ceiling to the window shutters it was beautiful. Even though it was authentic it had all of the modern features you need, reliable Wi-Fi, excellent aircon, a fridge, coffee machine and a great shower. The host was amazing with her communication beforehand and when we arrived. Really helpful! We used the airport transfer arranged by the host and this was also great. Reliable, luxury transfer for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

I would not choose this accommodation as the price was excessive and not at all good value for money

There was not a lot to like except it was located in the old town

Certainly not luxury accommodation. Room was very small with no space for luggage Check out at 10 rather than the usual 12.00 The steep stairs to access the property Lack of service each day, not even clean towels. Lack of bathroom products such as conditioner and body lotion. Poor choice for tea/ coffee offerings

Great Studio

The studio was perfect for us.It was located two minutes' walk from the main street. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Ivona,our host, was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed needed for a great stay.

Superb location and very well designed space.

The location is excellent being in the heart of the city. The oom was cleverly designed to give a comfortable feel. Great shower and air con.and WiFi. Excellent comminication by the host prior to arrival.

Many stone steps are unavoidable when getting to the location and within it to the room. Could be difficult for some people but worth the effort.

Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik’s old town, clean and comfortable room, would highly recommend!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town surrounded by history, food and drinks

Be aware there is no lift. This was not an issue for us but if you had larger suitcases or are not good with stairs, it may be a struggle!

Lovely apt, be ready for steps!

So clean, & in old town Dubrovnik, the instant coffee was nice to have on hand, & the little sweets were a nice touch.

Perfect location for a stay in the old town

Location, the bed was comfortable, shower was exceptional. Aircon worked very well. Could view one of the bell towers from the window. Small selection of tea and coffee and snacks provided.

Bathroom extractor fan very noisy, street noice could be an issue at peaks times, few evening there were drunks below the window. Lots of stairs to get to room even for a fit able person.

Cramped Attic Studio with Good View

Good view of Dubrovnik from the narrow balcony patio. The manager was very helpful meeting us and carrying our bags up within the apartment building. Nicely remodeled studio.

Cramped attic studio with limited headspace and sloping roof walls that we kept bumping our head on. Nice shower. More than 100 stairs up from the Main Street of Old Town to the attic studio.

Beautiful stay in the very heart of Dubrovnik

I absolutely enjoyed the stay at Ivona's. She is very helpful and friendly, the room is very nice, extremely clean , it smells so good there , no balcony , but much light and from the windows you see the roofs , the church and the sea. It is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, access to everything within 5-10 minutes. I do recommend not to take huge suitcases to Dubrovnik with you, because there are steps literally everywhere. Good location, a clean comfortable room to use for sleep / rest. Get out & about and enjoy the town.

The location is perfect being inside the old town. The room was clean and comfortable. The room is not large at all, but has enough space to stay in as we expected when booking.

As mentioned the downstairs room is not large, but we knew that and to be honest it was as expected, so we did like it. It’s in the old town, so buildings are squeezed in - just be prepared, but it suited us.

The location was perfect and the views stunning. We loved the little balcony too. Great communication and the host let us check in early which was great. Everything is very new and fresh and we had everything we needed.

Nothing really, there are a lot of stairs, but it was exceptionally hot and it is an attic so it’s to be expected and the view when you get up is amazing.

Such a lovely spot to stay!

It was a lovely stay! Ivona was so kind and patient with us when we were almost an hour late due to a delayed car drop off and limited taxis/ubers in our area for pick up. She was incredibly courtesy, helping us take our luggage upstairs. The room had working air-conditioning, good shower pressure and heating. As Dubrovnik was our final stay in croatia, it was a surreal experience staying inside old town as we had awed over all of the old towns in zagreb, zadar an split. Such a lovely spot to stay!

Superb

Cute property; nice decor; good bathroom and shower with water pressure; louvre windows to shut for extra darkness and privacy; good linen and aircon. A highlight of our trip was sitting on the stairs just down from our apartment, with a bottle of wine in an ice bucket and eating oysters from the little oyster bar right there. It’s not signposted very well and we only figured out that they would serve us to the steps (and provide us with a cushion, and glassware/ice bucket etc to do so) after we saw others. One of my favourite meals of the trip!

We did like the location but just know it is up a good few steps to get to the front door and then a few more flights once inside. Most of Dubrovnik old town is flat but this is about a third of the way up the steeper bit. This turned out to be a blessing because all the best restaurants were there and we found them all quickly based on our location.
