Lovely apartment, had everything we needed. The owner, Ivan, was friendly, helpful and came to meet us to check we had everything we needed.

The property is very well located in the old town. The bed is very comfortable and has everything you need, including a washing machine. There is an aircon, although a ceiling fan would be great. As per other reviews, the stairs are steep and many in the old town. We entered via Buza Gate which was closest. As we were traveling by car we reorganised our luggage and only took a backpack in each which worked very well. WARNING: Check where you park. We used the recommended park, but didn’t check the rates. It charged us $10 per hour and not a nightly rate. Our parking cost €450. It would have been cheaper to say we lost the ticket, as that would only have been €250. The parking attendant recommended the following parking areas with nightly rates: "* JAUNA GARAZA DUBROVNIK" ZAGREBACKA ULICA BB 1 HOUR = 7EUR OUTSIDE PARKING (1 HOUR) = 10 EUR DAILY = 40 EUR II PARKING / TO" ULICA IVANA MATLASEVICA 1 HOUR = 4,50 EUR DAILY = 36 EUR

Jako ljubazan i simpatičan domaćin,blizina centra i svih potrebnih sadržaja. Domaćin je dozvolio da uđemo u objekt ranije i ostanemo duže sto nam je puno značilo. Sve pohvale.
