About this apartment rental

In the middle of events, restaurants and buzz, this two-bedroom apartment places you in an atmosphere that you will not want to leave. Inside the city walls within 1-2 minute walking distance from all attractions warm décor and beautiful wooden construction will delight all visitors that come to stay at this apartment in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik.


The first level of this duplex apartment features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. On the attic there is one bathroom with shower, living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Amenities include: SAT TV, HI-FI sound system, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe deposit box, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning (both bedrooms and living room), full kitchen and a washing machine. This apartment does not have a parking place. Combination with our other apartments (within 5 mins walking distance) Hedera A5, A6, A31 and A19 sleeps up to 21 guests.


Hedera A34 is situated within the city walls just a few steps away from beauty, history and amenities. Convenient location is enabled as there are no steps in the street that leads to the building. In the building a short stairway (25 steps) leads up to the second floor where the apartment is located. Nearest Banje beach is only 300 meters away, while the Old port with frequent boat connection to the island of Lokrum is also in the vicinity.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.

Nice two bedroom apartment directly across from the Market, above a professional office (first floor). The entrance is shared only with that office, so we were able to leave our stroller (buggy) on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the second floor, with the living/kitchen and bathroom on the third floor. The stairs appear to be non-standard with riser heights approx 20-40% higher than standard stairs so would be difficult on older people and also a bit tricky for children! The main improvement suggestion is to ensure there is egress/escape without a key. To unlock the apartment door you need a key and to exit the main door you need a key if the deadlock is turned, so getting trapped inside is a real possibility in an emergency. Other easy possible improvements are: grease/oil the door hinges (very squeaky, which is an issue with young children), tighten the bed frames (also extremely creaky), fix the twin room bed slats which are falling out resulting in poor mattress support. The kitchen is well setup with pots, pans, everything you would need. The hosts also supplied some adapters which was helpful. Overall I would recommend the apartment to two young couples looking for a good base.

This unit is great! The location is right in the heart of old town, making it very convenient for site seeing, beach days, shopping and catching a taxi to other places. We stayed there as a family of 5: husband, wife, child (4), child (1.5), and great grandma (75). It was great for us! Very convenient to have the washer and a bath tub. The area was very hot this time of year, but the air conditioner in each room worked GREAT! Lifesaver! The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They helped bring our bags up to the unit and set up airport transportation at the end of our stay. This unit is 3 floors. Entry floor, stairs, office space, stairs, bedroom floor, stairs, living room/kitchen/bathroom. The stairs are very steep. We used a chair to create a blockage at the top so our children wouldn’t fall. But if traveling with children, maybe request a baby gate if possible. On street level, below the unit, there is a bar. It was very noisy until 2-4am every night. I brought a sound machine for the kids. But something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here and would return again.

Decent place to stay. Very nice location. The shower was very difficult. Unable to keep water from going on the floor. A lot of water. Other than that, everything great except for the unethical host. They offered to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the apartment that was paid in advance. Driver didn’t show up so waited and eventually took a taxi. Even let the host know when our flight into Dubrovnik was departing. Host text me an hour after our flight landed that the driver was there. .And then the host refused to refund the money for the transfer. Very unethical.
