The Lima Central Old City two bedroom apartment is a great choice for up to 4 people, with optimal occupancy for 3 people. This apartment is located in the Old City of Dubrovnik.
In the apartment you will find 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and 1 living room. One bedroom features double bed and another one single. Living room with sofa and flat TV is connected to the fully equipped kitchen.
It is in walking distance of all major monuments and sightseeing, bus station on Pile Gate and in the area there are many stores, bars and restaurants.
The Old town of Dubrovnik is the most known and desirable destination in Dubrovnik. In the past, Old City became an important force in the whole Mediterranean after the 13th century. Although significantly destroyed by the earthquake of 1667, Dubrovnik managed to keep and preserve its Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains.Today inside the Walls you have almost everything that you might need: cultural sights, cinemas, galleries theaters, lots of cafes, and restaurants.
During the day it is pretty much crowded with tourists and domestic people, and music from bars and restaurants during the night is not the first option for those who are seeking peace and a quiet place to stay. Despite that Old Town of Dubrovnik offers liveliness and charm that you cannot find in other parts of Dubrovnik.
Stradun, the main street in Old City is only 300 m long but offers the most famous sights as you walk along the way. Onofrio's Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery, the Sponza Palace, Orlando's Column, the Rector's Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, the Church of St. Vlaho, Synagogue, Marin Držić House, Ethnographic Museum Rupe, Aquarium...
The most impressive sight is well preserved, City Walls. Only 2 km long and 25 m high used to be protected in the past. The most important and well-preserved 5 fortresses give a unique shape to this Old town. Those are Fort of Minčeta, Revelin, Bokar, St. John, and outside Lovrjenac.
Traffic is forbidden inside the Walls and parking is almost mission impossible in case you decide to stay as much as closer to the Old City...

The location is definitely unbeatable! The beds were very comfortable and everything was pretty clean. The check-in was also very easy. Unfortunately, the couch was extremely uncomfortable and there were no other places to sit in the living room. The twin bed is very low to the ground and therefore can be hard to get in and out of for some people. It was also very difficult to find and get to the trash drop-off location and there weren’t many amenities. This is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything and don’t plan on spending much time at the apartment.

The location is right in the center of old town.
Around 5mins walk from Pile gate next to a nice pancake restaurant.
Although is in the center but is very quiet.
There aren’t many stairs to reach the main door of apartment,However;the apartment is located at 4th ish.(Be aware that it’s challenging if you carry heavy luggages!)
Otherwise,I really enjoy the time here,the apartment is very clean and super convenient.

Based in the Old Town, a 2 bedroom apartment with a double bed in one room and a single bed in the other. A generally well set up apartment with most modern appliances available, (fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, television, a shower, aircon, a router providing good Wi-Fi etc). Basics such as towels, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, utensils, plates, pans etc were all provided.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. If you have a lot of luggage you might want to give this apartment a miss. The room is fairly dark with shutters on one of the kitchen windows and on the window in the double bedroom (no window in the single bedroom); there is no mechanism for opening the shutters. Within the apartment noise carries but only within the apartment.
Having a washing machine can be useful but there was nowhere to sensibly dry clothes.
All communications were handled via WhatsApp and Text, there is a Keybox on the door the code to it being provided; there were two keys (one set) one for the downstairs door and one for the apartment. You really need to keep together throughout your visit for entry/exit purposes; it's a long way down and then a long way back up again to let someone in.
The old town itself is fantastic with lots of things to see and numerous fantastic restaurants, but you can look these up elsewhere.
