Excellent place to stay!

The apartment offered by the establishment is located inside the walled-in Old Town. Modern access is not available. What I mean is there is about the equivalent of walking up (and down) about six to seven floors of stairs in a modern building. There are no elevators. The staircase to the unit is not lighted, so a headlamp (which I have had) came in handy when I returned to my unit at night. However, what you’ll be rewarded is a large unit with a kitchenette (with sink), bathroom, flushing toilet, bathroom sink, laundry machine, and a king-size bed. The atmosphere is very Venician but without those tiny bathrooms where you need to be a Contortionist to undertake the needed function. The location is one minute from the “food” alley. There are several excellent restaurants along the “alley”, and many more within the Old Town. I stayed two nights, and was able to cover both St. Lawrence Fortress and walked the entire length of the City Wall. That took into account a relaxed pace with photography. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Old Town Dubrovnik. If I do return, I would return to this hotel.
