About this country house rental

LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! Off Freeman street at the end of a small, private CUL- DE- SAC. Just about a 5 min (4/10 's of a mile) walk to Short Sands Beach. A historic property, built in 1897, with thoughtful updates, and situated on an over 1/2 acre cul-de-sac with shade from 100+ yr old Oak trees. 3 bedrooms with one on the first floor with attached bath. Two additional bedrooms upstairs. Second large bath with combination tub shower and double sinks. Washer and dryer. Tastefully decorated with charming antiques and comfortable furniture. Enjoy the lush gardens, LARGE DECK, spacious yard, outdoor patio furniture, gas Weber BBQ. Parking for 3 cars. Second home on property is rarely used by owners.

Myself, and my 3 siblings went to York for a wedding. The set up at the house and location was perfect. Five minute walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy the morning sunning ourselves before we had to get ready.

One of the cleanest Vrbo we have stayed . Just barely adequate kitchen equipment. And remember to bring your own sheets and towels. The owners were staying next-door and they were very very nice and helpful.
