We stayed in Rooms 504 and 505, which were decent overall—if you are looking for a high end hotel, this one is not for you. Please note that both rooms have full-size beds rather than queen-size beds, which may be important to consider if you are traveling with family or sharing a bed. The hotel charges ₱1,200 for an extra bed and ₱900 for bed sharing, so these additional fees should be factored into your budget. Breakfast is included, but it is served as a plated meal rather than a buffet. Our order took approximately 30 minutes to arrive, so the breakfast service could be improved. Communication with the receptionist was a great experience. Rachelle was able to answer our questions and assist us with all our needs, which made our stay more convenient and pleasant. Overall, the hotel provides an acceptable and comfortable stay. However, greater clarity regarding bed sizes and additional charges, along with faster breakfast service, would further enhance the guest experience.

The place was okay. Had a problem with the shower area as the draining system had problem. Flooded the bathroom while taking a bath. Hotel was so-so. Not bad. Location wasn’t too far from burham but definitely not walking distance. Just enough for a quick drive.
