the place is nice and clean, but if you’re not familiar with the location, you would be lost like us.. hehe.. because there is no signage.. the better option is to ride a cab..

The 'family' room is in the basement and windowless. It's accessible from the street. There's a smell outside the room, so you need to keep the door closed which makes you feel almost suffocated inside despite the two stand fans. But the room itself is clean and there's a kitchenette with a small fridge and a microwave oven. And an electric kettle, cups. glasses, plates, utensils. If you want to cook, there's an outdoor kitchen near the caretakers' rooms. The bathroom has a shower with hot water. There'a huge TV with Netflix and there's WiFi. There's parking space for only one car in front of the building, but not on the street. There a 7-11 and a small grocery nearby and a bbq stall around the corner. Walking distance from Burnham. Not recommended for people who want to enjoy the cool air of Baguio. There are caretakers, but no front desk so let them know when you're arriving.
