    Nice stay though heavy rain, i relax and sleep majority of my weekend stay. Nice that they hve microwve and ref, if you plan to dine in your room they have appilance to reheat your food. They also have electric ketle to use as well. They dont have heater so you can use their kettle when take a bath. They have shared bathroom, and shared shower room. 711 store is in the ground so if your hungry in the middle of the night you can buy something PLUS unlimited city cafe Coffe from 711 since they own the 711 store as well. Room is quite big for solo and has a cabinet where you can place your luggge, just bring padlock in case. Definitely book it again

    Had a good and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the location was very convenient, especially with a 7-Eleven just downstairs. I was in Baguio for an important occasion, and because of the rainy weather brought by the "habagat", I didn’t get much time to explore the city. I really appreciated that the owner was kind enough to let me stay a little longer until the rain eased up before I left. Overall, it was a nice and convenient place for my short stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

    We had a great stay at this transient. It’s clean and mabango, and you can really see that the staff always keep the place clean. We also loved the rooftop. Dun kami kumain on our first night, and it was so calming. Sobrang lamig which made the experience even better. May unlimited coffee pa sa 7-Eleven cause nasa baba lang talaga ng transient. I can’t say anything else about this transient cause it’s definitely superb!!! 💯 And what made our stay even better were the staff. They were all so nice, especially Kian and his friend (I forgot his name, sorry 😅). Kian and his friend were very accommodating, and we felt comfortable right away. Mas naging comfortable kami staying there when we found out that Kian is Bisaya too. It felt nice knowing we had a fellow Bisaya around, parang at home lang jud. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely recommend this place jud!!! Pag balik namo there, here lang gihapon mi mag book. 🫶

    The location is excellent since the transient is very close to Burnham Park. As expected for the area, parking is limited, which is understandable. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was thick dust on the floors, windows, and window screens, and even the pull-out bed was dusty. I mentioned this directly to the owner so they can improve. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the cleanliness is seriously addressed.
