The place is nice and cozy. Clean and accomodating. They're not the right-next to Burnham hotel but definitely not far.

As someone who lived in Baguio in 5 years and still tries to visit every now and then, this is by far the best accommodation we have ever booked! The staff assisted us from the moment we stepped out of the car. Every request was kindly accomplished. ++ Nice and spacious rooms best for families!

I wouldn’t stay here again. While the property itself was okay, the experience after checkout was frustrating. We decided to checkout an hour before the original checkout time, FO told us to wait since they still have to check the room where we stayed. Then after a while, one of them brought the towel in the lobby asking us what was the stain in the towel so i told them it was just a small stain that is completely washable.
The host charged me for a stained towel, which felt excessive and unreasonable for what seemed like normal wear from a guest stay. If the charge was for something that genuinely happened like makeup, hair dye, or bleach that permanently damaged the towel, it’s best to avoid claiming it was “normal wear” unless that’s accurate.
Instead of handling the situation with understanding, they chose to pass the cost on to me.
I even tried to talk to them professionally about the situation since the stained towel is completely washable but then they charged me another ₱500 for a very small stain on the towel.
Mind u they just had their soft opening last June 12, 2026 and they are now leaving a negative impact to their guests.
I highly suggest u guys not to booked this bnb. The unexpected extra charge left a bad impression and overshadowed the entire stay.
We are supposed to enjoy our trip but simple things like this is really unacceptable. I hope no one would experience the same thing and i hope they are able to fix this kind of minor issues. Adios!
