    First of all, all the staff were very kind and always attentive to our questionsj and requests throughout our stay. The staff on duty were polite, accommodating, and informative. The free breakfast was also top-tier! I really loved the longganisa (silog) served in our room as one of the breakfast options. It was served hot and came with coffee, which was a great way to start the day. Another thing I really appreciated was the cleanliness of the hotel—10/10! No pests at all, and our room was clean, cozy, and just as expected. It also had complete amenities, including a hot shower, bidet, and other essentials. We requested a hair dryer and iron, but unfortunately, these were not available during our stay. So, you might want to consider bringing your own if you need them. The bed was also a bit stiff for our liking because of the spring mattress, but overall, the room was still very comfortable and cozy. Since it was raining frequently during our stay, we also requested extra dry towels, which were provided free of charge. We really appreciated the staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate our requests. Overall, I would definitely book here again whenever I get the chance to visit Baguio. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Kudos to the whole team!

    I was a bit unsure about booking the hotel because it looked quite old in the pictures, but I decided to book it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised because the pictures really didn’t do justice to the actual room, it was much better than I expected. However, I did notice some hair on my bed sheet. I would also suggest adding at least one chair inside the room, as that would make the stay more comfortable. Hotel has ATM and 7/11 at the lobby too. Overall im satisfied.
