Location.
Dirty and smelly. I wouldn’t book this place again. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. On top of that, the shower and toilet flush didn't work, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable and did not match the photos and description of the listing. Additionally, there is no elevator, which was inconvenient.
