Lovely find, very close to Lake Constance.

Friendly staff, a warm welcome, really clean and tidy. Amazing views and a lovely restaurant with a good menu. Breakfast was excellent - perfect continental blend.

A real hidden gem of a hotel with excellent restaurant and welcoming team.

A hidden gem! Located a little way off the lake, this hotel and restaurant is in a quiet village and very much worth the effort to find. An excellent welcome from the owners (I guess) who spoke great English, they take great pride in their restaurant, artwork, wind sculptures and presentation. All round one of the nicest hotels we stayed in touring France/Germany/Switzerland by cycle for three weeks. The restaurant in the evening was excellent with a great 'cellar', and breakfast was served to your table with ample choice and great quality. We certainly look forward to returning for a longer stay and using the hotel as a touring base in this lovely area around Lake Konstanz. Our room was huge with a balcony, very comfortable and quiet. Secure garage storage for cycles.

Superb overnight stopover in quiet village hotel

A clean, modern hotel located in a pretty rural village on the swiss-german border. Located on quiet country road with little disturbance at night; ideal for the traveller on a long drive who wants a good night's sleep. Rooms are bright, functional with excellent bathroom facilities. A comfortable bed. Nice restaurant facilities with pleasant rural view. Breakfast was top-notch with really good breads. Free parking alongside hotel. Also worth noting in these difficult times for travellers, the hotel is taking the COVID situation super-seriously and managing it very safely and competently.

Hard to find fault but I thought the bathroom towels could have been a bit bigger/thicker but....... yes this is really being super critical.

An amazing stay, close to the Bodensee, a hidden gem!

Excellent stay, we overnighted in the suite Zapa. A room with a view, an excellent room - spacious & original & arty ! Very quiet & clean. Comfortable! An exceptional staf, an outstanding breakfast. We will go back :)

Tolles familiär geführtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit Seenähe

Ruhige Lage direkt im Grünen und in wenigen Minuten ist der Bodensee mit dem Rad oder Auto erreicht. Garage für die Räder. Perfekt zum Übernachten für Fahrradtouren. Diese sind in alle Richtungen möglich. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Besitzer, die ein besonderes Frühstück zaubern, individuell am Tisch und dadurch angenehm ruhig. Dadurch war es angenehm ruhig. Es gab Frühstückseier aus dem eigenen Hof. Großes Zimmer mit Ostbalkon, bequeme Betten. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Es passt einfach alles. Ruhige Lage unweit des Bodensees. Große geräumige Zimmer. Ein Frühstück das noch komplett am Tisch serviert wird und ein angeschlossenes Restaurant mit guter Küche. Und nicht zu vergessen der außerordentliche Service des Gastgebers Paul.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, mehr braucht man dazu nicht sagen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch ausreichend. Jeden Tag ein frisches Ei vom Huhn des Hauses. Lecker. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Ausgedehnte Fahrradausflüge waren in alle Richtungen möglich. Wir hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht, da für unseren Zeitraum, 7 Nächte, nichts anderes mehr frei war. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir zu unserer Überraschung ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer. Das war natürlich super. Danke nochmals dafür.

Einen geschlossenen Schrank gab es im Zimmer nicht. Ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, war aber ok. Fernsehprogramme waren auch nicht alle erreichbar. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es wohl Probleme mit dem Anbieter gibt.

Bon petit-déjeuner servi à table . L'accueil chaleureux, une personne parlait français couramment. Belle carte pour le repas du soir et mets de qualité. Nous avons pu emporter de l'huile d'olive fabriquée artisanalement vendue par l'hôtel.
