Great central location, easy access, clean and comfortable room, good amenities. The man at the front desk was quite helpful and we were able to keep our bags in a locker in the lobby for free. Would recommend. This was the second place we stayed at in Bilbao, and was definitely the better of the two.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly
Badroom was not ventilated enough and smelled like mold. You could see it had been overrun with water in the past and that also smelled bad. Really bad.

The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk.
There is no air conditioning, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning to visit during the summer. Other than that, it’s fine.
