The domicile is also popular due to the view of the woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and parasol. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with with shower, shower, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Poreč, district Novo Naselje. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. No youth groups allowed!. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
