Very quiet

Quiet, spacious dining room / kitchen, small bathroom, very basic but functional, slightly run-down, a lot of natural light. There is an oven, stovetop, large fridge, toaster, kettle and several coffee machines. 3-story house with several apartments in a quiet residential area. Free street parking by the house. Large doble bed 150cm. AC in the dining room. 15-20 min walk to downtown.

To improve: the frying pan has to be replaced, everything gets stuck.

Modern apartments 15 minutes from the old town in Porec

We met the wonderful owners. They welcomed us. We took 2 apartments on the top floor, the whole floor was ours. Spacious rooms. Comfortable and large beds. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Air conditioning in each apartment. My children were happy because there were turtles in the garden. A cat came with us, she lived for free. I recommend it for living.

Great place for a great price! I recommend!

Kind hosts, lots of room with 2 separate bedrooms, a brand new bathroom we had the whole floor for ourselves. A great value for money and a very good property for families with small kids. Lots of light and balconies on both sides. Location is moved away from the noise of the city center which is great if you want to get some rest.

The beds are a bit too soft for my taste...and the Wi-Fi seemed to be working poorly, but hey it's vacationing...you'll get over it...everything else was great.

Very nice apartment in Porec

The apartment was excellent. It was clean upon arrival and had all the amenities we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was a good space and the bedroom was spacious with a comfy bed. The climate control was effective. The host and her mother (who lives at the property) were both very welcoming and flexible. The location was just a little ways outside of downtown in a lovely neighborhood. All amenities were close by.

Overall very good, I don't have many complaints except perhaps one. While showering paint from the ceiling started to peel off and fall into the shower. It seems like a recent problem but one that I hope is addressed for future guests. Otherwise, I would have appreciated some salt, pepper, and butter (or oil) in the kitchen, but no big deal.

Very big apartment! Very new with huge rooms. Lovely balconies; two of them! In a very quiet neighborhood. Grocery store about a 10 minute walk and old town about 15 minutes away. Beach areas a bit further. Host was lovely and very sweet.

Fantastic property in a great location

Very clean, fantastic shower, kitchen, bedroom and garden. Also, the apartment is well situated with friendly neighbours! Furthermore, fantastic contact with the host.

Only that the double bed was in fact two single mattresses and that there were no basic condiments such as salt, pepper and oil.

This lovely well kept appartment is set in a leafy suburbabout 1 km from the old town. Quiet family house in gardens, everything worked, clean, hot water, wifi and AC. Small kitchen with equipment and cutlery etc. Good value.

not much, originally we had booked into a property in the centre which cancelled at short notice, we wanted to take the. 7.30 am bus to Trieste. The extra 10 minutes walk was OK.

Frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht, das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet; Es gab alles was man braucht um einen bequemen Kurzurlaub zu machen. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Umgebung ist auch toll man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Meer.

Das Appartement war ohne Verpflegung, wir haben selbst unser Frühstück gemacht. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war auch außer Kaffee-Filtermaschine, Espressokocher, Teekessel, Wasserkocher genügend Geschirr und Töpfe Pfannen etc. Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank, frische Weintrauben am Tisch, teilweise Gewürze und Zucker und Kaffee, Spülmittel, Seife, Duschbad, Kosmetiktuch, Haarföhn , W-Lan gratis, Sat - TV hatte aber nur Kro und Slo - Programme etc. vorhanden.

Appartamento spazioso e accogliente. 2 comode camere da letto e zona giorno con attrezzata. Balconi sui 2 lati. Bagno grande con bella doccia. Facile il parcheggio. Gentile e cordiale la signora che ci ha accolto: sta al piano di sotto e parla italiano.

Potrebbe essere utile in microonde. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato è al secondo piano con qualche rampa di scale, ma ne vale la pena.
