It’s a very clean and gently cared apartments. It’s located not so far from city centre: 15 minutes walk. A lot of trees around.

Excellent location walking distance from the center and the beach yet secluded
Noisy neighbours. Every little movement they make upstairs like moving a chair or walking you can hear loudly let alone the running or crying from children The ceiling has no insulation and their floor is tiled. The noise is exacerbated from the tiles.
