Nice location and view, close to Brulo beach. Specious 2 rooms, but only with must have equipment.

There is no washing machine and for a longer stay, it is less convenient. I have to use EasyWash service in the city centre to wash my clothes. Luck of style and the sofa do not have a sleeping function. Knives need to be replaced, I was struggling even with salad slicing.

V apartmaju sem pogrešala več posode ,sploh za palačinke je bla ena ponev v kateri pa se vse zraven primlo tk da nič nisem mogla kuhat prav

Отдых в Порече в Апартаментах Novo Naselje

Отдых был отличный,хозяева культурные,понимающие,гостеприимные очень. С окна вид был на море и лес,воздуз чистый. Когда шли на море,всегда думала,что иду через Ботанический сад:необычные плодовые деревья,кустарники,цветы.Море в сентябре порадовало теплой прозрачной водой. Можно пройтись по набережной и выбрать разный пляж.Ближайший был Бруло.Есть поручни для захода в море и даже песок! Морских ежей не встретили ни разу! Особенно красочные впечатления были от острова Святого Никола (можно пройтись пешком до причала и взять катер-такси за 10 евро туда-назад). Супермаркет Spar тоже в 15 минутах ходьбы от дома. Остались мы очень довольны и хотим приехать сюда вновь,именно к Дамиру в его новые апартаменты! Спасибо вам!

Bardzo mili właściciele, zostaliśmy ciepło przyjęci wszystko wytłumaczone co gdzie i jak. Mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji zaciszna ,piekna okolica , ze swojego balkonu pok.nr 4- 1 piętro mieliśmy widok na morze i piękne drzewa po których skakały wiewiorki a jednocześnie wszędzie dość blisko (plaża, Stare Miasto, port około 15 minut pieszo. BYŁO SUPER! MIEJSCE GODNE POLECENIA.

Nyugodt helyen, kertvárosi környezetben, mégis közel a vízpart, pár perc séta a tenger és az óvaros is. Tágas apartman, jól felszerelt. Parkolás az apartmannál árnyékos helyen is.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Lage ist zur Stadt und zum Meer super. Vermieter war super freundlich, wir konnten etwas früher einchecken.

doporučuji a rádi se do tohoto ubytování v budoucnu vrátíme.

Lokalita byla pro nás opravdu super, protože dům je umístěný v klidné lokalitě části Brulo, ze kterého byl i výhled na moře a na okolní borovicové lesy. K moři to je cca 700 m, ale to vůbec nevadilo, byla to vždy pohodová procházka. Díky tomu, že je dům vzdáleněji od centra města, (cca 1,5 km), tak Vás v noci neruší žádné diskotéky a podobné atrakce.

Ausstattung der Küche, bisschen kahle Ausstattung der Wohnung, getrenntes Bett, aus der Wohnung unterhalb kam Marihuana Geruch täglich hoch, kein Wäschewechsel wie beschrieben.

Krásný nový apartmán v klidné lokalitě

Apartmán je v klidné lokalitě obklopený vilkami a je zrekonstruovaný a má nové vybavení včetně klimatizace. Velká terasa je opravdu fajn. Za 10 až 15 minut se dostanete na pláž a 15 minut do centra Poreče.

• V létě přístřešek pro auta (já byl v květnu a tak mi to bylo jedno) • klika zvenčí na terasu by se hodila
