Holiday Apartments Novo Naselje

Recently built apartment building. Silent residential neighborhood. Self-check-in with lockbox, if no personal reception is available. Communication with the host was easy and adequate. Spacious, clean and modern apartment. Balcony with table and 2 chairs and a drying rack. Seaview. Lots of daylight coming through the windows. Room-darkening curtains (but no blackout blinds). Modern and pretty quiet A/C (unit in living room). Decent WiFi (20/15Mbps). Smart-TV with digital channels. All amenities provided for self-catering, including microwave, oven, toaster, water cooker and filter coffee machine. Comfortable box spring beds (2 single beds). One set of towels per person provided. But we got more towels, on request. Also a second set of keys available. About 10 minutes walk to the seaside. About 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Small supermarket on 10 minutes walk. Riva Mall and busstation on 15 minutes walk. Parking spots next to the apartment building available.

The apartment is a bit scarcely (only functional) decorated: 2 smallish sofas (not sofabeds), a small side table and a round dining table with 2 chairs, in the living room. Light settings are a bit harsh with bright white LED ceiling lights. Would have appreciated an ambient floor lamp. No blackout blinds (only room-darkening curtains). I would suggest installing anti-insect mesh on some windows to be able to ventilate the apartment, at night.

V apartmaju sem pogrešala več posode ,sploh za palačinke je bla ena ponev v kateri pa se vse zraven primlo tk da nič nisem mogla kuhat prav

Отдых был отличный,хозяева культурные,понимающие,гостеприимные очень. С окна вид был на море и лес,воздуз чистый. Когда шли на море,всегда думала,что иду через Ботанический сад:необычные плодовые деревья,кустарники,цветы.Море в сентябре порадовало теплой прозрачной водой. Можно пройтись по набережной и выбрать разный пляж.Ближайший был Бруло.Есть поручни для захода в море и даже песок! Морских ежей не встретили ни разу! Особенно красочные впечатления были от острова Святого Никола (можно пройтись пешком до причала и взять катер-такси за 10 евро туда-назад). Супермаркет Spar тоже в 15 минутах ходьбы от дома. Остались мы очень довольны и хотим приехать сюда вновь,именно к Дамиру в его новые апартаменты! Спасибо вам!

Ausstattung der Küche, bisschen kahle Ausstattung der Wohnung, getrenntes Bett, aus der Wohnung unterhalb kam Marihuana Geruch täglich hoch, kein Wäschewechsel wie beschrieben.
