very pleasant stay

The room was very clean and spacey enough for two and the bathroom as well. Our apartment was located at 1st floor and has an own entrance and terrace. From the terrace you can see the very beautiful garden. You have all necessary things in the kitchen to make your own food. We were travelling with a car and there was parking place in front of the house. The apartment is located further away from the city center which was not a problem for us. Walking distance to Porec Old Town is about 2km ~ 25 min. Communication with Mirela was ok and clear, we only met her once when we arrived.

Perfect apartment for a relaxed beach vacation

Good sized apartment with a beautiful big balcony! Quiet street and overlooking gardens and trees. Very close to a big grocery store as well as a bakery. Beach areas only 15 minutes by walking. Host is lovely and very helpful. Able to use outdoor cooking area.

Mirela is charming and very kind. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is lovely ....very quiet, residential area and equidistant from both the beach and the old town. (approx. 20 - 30 minute walk in either direction) I stayed for 3 nights but wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you Mirela

All fine!

Lovely apartment. We were amazed on how CLEAN it was! The bed was comfortable and we liked the bathroom. Great airconditioner. Parking space directly in front of the house. Also Mirela was such a kind host! The interior was more simple, but it was perfectly fine for us. Close to the apartment is a big supermarket and a small bakery. We liked Mirelas apartment, thank you :)

- our apartment was at the very top, so there were roof rafters. Had to be careful, when we woke up from the bed ;) - longer walk by foot to Porec old town

Mirela is a very kind lady, she put chill drinks to our fridge and show everything in the apartment. We enjoyed very much the staying. The beach was really very close.

Insufficient, rudeness and poor cleannes ruined a potentially good stay

The position was pretty good, 5 minutes distance from the city center by car and 25 minutes by foot. The apartments themselves were nice looking and furnished with everything necessary. The terrace in one of the apartments was very nice and relaxing with a good see view

We were 3 couples and booked 2 apartments. In the first one we found a lot of hairs on the sheets of the bed which was also pretty uncomfortable as well as the pillow. In the second one there was a disgusting smell of fish when entering the flat. The worst thing was that the check-out was at 10 and at 10.06 the landlady kicked us, we just needed 10 minutes more to finish packing our luggages. Definitely rude and impolite.

Cozy apartment for a fair price

Very kind owner, clean and comfortable rooms, ice cold AC, dedicated parking spot. I would recommend this for families and group of friends too.

Enjoyed our stay a lot

Very nice and helpful owner. Showed us best beach locations, organized home made Croatian wine from local farmer. Apartments were very clean and comfortable, very good location - only 15min walk to the beach. We had nice walks in the evening, everything around you can reach within few minutes walk. We booked 2 apartments (6 adults and 5 kids) and we had amazing holidays there.

Superb

The place is very quiet, about 1 km from the beach and 2 km from the center, which is a walking distance for most. We liked the Pical beach, near La Pentola Trattoria Pical restaurant. The loft has everything you'd need for a short stay, including air conditioner and a good wifi; but move around slowly and watch your head. The host is very nice. Porec is a peaceful little town, a perfect getaway from city hassle. Parenzana touristic trail goes right by the house, so you can walk or bike 7 km to Baredine cave. The road is not exactly beautiful but is quite easy.

Нас зустріла донька власниці апартаментів - дуже приємно та люб'язно все пояснила англійською мовою. Сама власниця також володіє німецькою мовою. Але хорватська також зрозуміла мова для нас) Апартаменти відповідали фотографіям повністю - дуже затишно, комфортно та все було облаштовано. До моря недалеко, трішки пройтися вниз, але як раз зарядка) Навіть батьки мої 70 років гуляли туди-сюди. Поряд 2 магазини, де все є необхідне. Відпочинок нам дуже сподобався. Дуже рекомендую! Дякую!

La cama era cómoda aunque como el apartamento tenía el típico techo inclinado, tuvimos que dormir al revés porque el techo te comía un poco. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y tienen un super grande muy cerca

El apartamento es de techo inclinado y para alguien alto es muy molesto, el baño olían las tuberías y no tiene ventana, la nevera hacía mucho ruido y teníamos que apagarla por la noche…
