Really comfortable and spacious with great facilities. We liked being able to sit outside (two chairs provided outside our door) and we loved the Jacuzzi, which we used!

Too far from town (Poreč) to walk, especially as it is uphill on the way back! However 7 min drive easy enough. The hosts did not respond to our messages sent via the booking.com app. Didn’t spoil our stay though. Wifi not working for some of the time.

Spacious, wonderful apartment, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great location.

Beautiful apartman. Beach 10 min, city center 15 min on foot. Plodine supermarket 5 min away with everything you need.

Balconies are shared with only a partition in between, which could bother some guests looking for full privacy.

For the 3rd and 4th person the bed was only 120 cm wide. On our last night there was a Bachelorette party, no one cared only us, who could not sleep.

A lovely clean apartment in a quiet residential area with everything you’d need for your stay.

The apartment was very modern and clean. It has a nice seating area and all the amenities we needed. There’s a lovely patio space where we sat, enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the sunset. We were only there for one night so we just walked to the beach and had dinner. There was a place to park off the street right in front of the house. Marija is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Villa Stephany for your stay in Porec.

Everything was excellent. Well equipped and clear apartment with balcony, pleasent rest area on ground floor with grill and amazing jacuzzi - available for us till late evening (even in November!). Very friendly and helpful owner; welcome and farewell gifts were super nice gesture we really appreciated (thank you @Marija! :)). Really recommended - we'd love to come back.

I booked this apartment for the Istria300 cycling marathon. It was very convenient, just what I needed. Next year, I will book it again. The bed was excellent, which is very important for sport-events so that one can rest.

Very positive experience overall

It was very comfy. The apartment was super clean, modern and well located. It’s 15 minutes walk from the city center and quite close to Zelena laguna which is a beautiful beach (approx. 10-15 minutes drive).

Our apartment was in the basement and the room was a bit dark.

Amazing value for money and great hosts!

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. The jacuzzi / hot tub and patio area available for communal use are great additions! The hosts are so nice and welcoming. We got a great welcome from Andrej and we’re even given a snack plate as we hadn’t yet had dinner - to go alongside a bottle of local wine! Great location near the beach (15 min walk), by a supermarket (3 min walk) and not too far from the old town (5 min taxi). This place really is amazing value and would recommend to anyone!! 😃

Nothing we didn’t like. Tip for couples - turn the bed covers into two singles (lengthways) - we didn’t realise this at first! 😅

Quite luxurious flat with a jacuzzi and there were some bikes given to us. The greeting was excellent, well-stuffed with useful information and the scent on the corridors was splendid.
