An excellent Easter holiday.

Location near the sea, with an exceptional view. The room is of sufficient size, a generous balcony overlooking the sea.

The room was clean enough and quiet. The property is on a small, but nice beach. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Never thought I'd have to write this, but the bathroom door is completely transparent. It's alright when there are only two people staying in the room, but this is a Family Studio for four persons and the couch is right in front of the bathroom. I wonder how that works. The WiFi works only on the balcony. The manager was very rude and threatened with legal action (I'm laughing as I'm writing this) through messages written in caps when I kindly reminded them that I will write a sincere review on Booking - this happened when we tried to book the room for two more days over our initial stay, but after letting them know this, they immediately changed on Booking the profile of our room from two to four people, so the price was suddenly double. Sure, they can charge whatever they want, it's legal, but unethical, so I reacted accordingly. However, it's a long way from an unfortunate dialogue to bringing lawyers into discussion.

All in all, it was fine

- position near Potos Beach - the big balcony - position near the restaurants and shops - the room was cleaned daily - very comfortable bed - private parking

- we did not receive any instructions on how to get to the property, we had to call them on site - despite the fact that we announced the host that we were on the way, we had to wait for someone to come and give us the key to our room - the mosquito net was not in place, we had to fix that - the safe had no intructions and when we asked for them, no answer was given - the sun shield was not working. We called them, they said that someone would come and check in 10minutes. No one came and we found an umbrella installed in the balcony after two days - despite the fact the room is soundproofed, we could hear the talk from our neighbours crystal clear

Fantastic! My new favourite place for summer beach holidays.

The rooms are beautiful and very conveniently located, the studio basically has it's own private beach that is not as full as the main Potos beach. The street is very quiet and peaceful, just tucked away from the main shopping strip, so ideal for sleeping even with the balcony door open. The rooms have all the amenities you can ask for and more, from bathrobes and slippers to coffee capsules for the little coffee machine. The property manager was also fantastic in terms of communicating and being accessible and reliable.

Only slight improvement I would suggest is providing clear instructions in terms of the parking and accessing the property by car. It's own street is rather tiny, so most large cars will not fit in. Guests need to park on the main street, bring their bags to the property and then park their car in the off-site private parking for Nautilus studios. Not an issue at all, the distance is less than 5 min by walking but would've saved my father a panic if we had known beforehand.

Great acomodation

The place is very cozy and very clean and the staff friendly and acomodating. The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed sheets and towels are changed often. The place is right next to the beach. The noise cancellation of the rooms is fantastic and nothing can be heard from outside. Next to the hotel there is a fantastic restaurant named Loukoulos which is 2 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely recomend the place.

The only downside is that the street where the hotel is located the pretty narrow and for a wide car is hard to turn after the luggage is droped; it is only possible to reverse up however that is not a big deal.

Зручне розташування на першій лінії прямо біля пляжу. Чиста постіль , свіжий ремонт і робочий кондиціонер. Простора тераса для трьох людей з столиком на якому ми снідали і інколи вечеряли. Заміна постілі і рушників кожні два дні. В проживання включені лежаки на пляжі що дуже приємно.

Прибирання працівниками потребує бути кращим так як залишають багато порохів на підлозі. Після зауважень персонал більш ретельно мив підлогу але на 3 бали з 5 (. Сейф в номері є але йомо можна взяти і винести : тобто його немає) В номері є чайник але заржавівший в середині а також плитка електрична яка гріє воду до кипятіння вічність…)
