The location and the outside of the room and the size of the room
There is a smell I didn’t like and the light is very poor no stand or hair dresser for the make up and hair drier

The highlights were the breakfast, the staff and the size of the room, which was really comfortable. The staff helped us with the balloon ride booking and also with the shuttle, which turned our trip much more easier in terms of organization so this was quite nice as well. The communication was really good.

Great location, super close to the town centre and within walking distance to most restaurants. Staff were very attentive and accomodating and the amenities were outstanding. The rooftop terrace was still amazing to watch the balloons from, even whilst active construction was taking place in their restaurant area (you could not really hear this at all during our stay)
The only downside was unfortunately the breakfast! The nearby restaurant provided a limited selection of Turkish style breakfast options and eggs, without any other options. Staff were super attentive and friendly and we were made aware of this prior to our stay, however that was the only let down!
