Our stay was wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to Mehmet. He was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and always quick to communicate. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. Mehmet arranged our hot air balloon experience flawlessly and even followed up the next day to help us get our photos from the pilot, which we really appreciated. He also kindly offered to help organize a boat trip for us in our next destination, Kaş, where he had previously worked, showing his genuine care even beyond our stay. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities were spotless, well maintained, and of excellent quality, making our stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to the breakfast—it was absolutely delicious, with outstanding quality and a great variety of fresh food. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing we did not like

Everything was outstanding. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect, and the room was fantastic. I genuinely couldn’t find anything that needed improvement. I’ll definitely be returning!

Everything was perfect!

Customer service. Welcomed into room on arrival and courteous. The location is central. Food options within walkable distance. The hotel is a walk up a hill but my 3 year old handled it with no problem. Great view of hot air balloons from roof top.

Smell. Yes, it is a cave room so a smell is expected. However if you are a traveler with smell sensitivities or allergies, the smell is overcoming. The stairs in the family suite for young kids is unsafe, so better for a family with older kids.
