The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street. The manager (Memo) was amazing. No matter what you needed, he was very happy to help and always had a smile.
Parking was a bit challenging because of construction next door, but Memo always made sure our car was safely parked.

The room was nice and cozy .
The bathroom was a bit tatty, the plug socket for the hairdryer did not use safe to use, the bath tub did not look or feel clean to use so we only used the shower. Also a ventilation fan was missing from the bathroom which would have been good to have. The breakfast included was not very nice, the fruit looked like it was old and the biscuits served were stale and the jams looked like they had been reused.

Customer service. Welcomed into room on arrival and courteous. The location is central. Food options within walkable distance. The hotel is a walk up a hill but my 3 year old handled it with no problem. Great view of hot air balloons from roof top.
Smell. Yes, it is a cave room so a smell is expected. However if you are a traveler with smell sensitivities or allergies, the smell is overcoming. The stairs in the family suite for young kids is unsafe, so better for a family with older kids.
