I got the king suite and it was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious! I especially loved using the terrace and the jacuzzi, and enjoyed the hot air balloon views in the morning - it was a magical sight to wake up to. The staff were all very friendly and warm, with Tugay being especially helpful with suggesting and booking tours/pick-ups, proactively checking in on me, etc. He was also very prompt with responding whenever I had questions or issues and made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. The location was also quiet and calm - away from the busyness, but close enough for you to easily access restaurants and cafes by foot. An extra bonus - the 2 hotel cats are extremely adorable and would definitely make your day a little more special!

Beautiful property with jacuzzi. Rooms were spacious and so clean. Housekeeping was great and you are well taken care of at this property. Reception is great too. Highly recommend!

Good location, close to the town center
One night the AC didn’t work for a few hours, the staff came and fixed it pretty quickly. But the fireplace, which was promised to me was broken and never fixed during our stay. The situation was never informed or communicated in any form in advance tho the fireplace was broken for weeks.
