Absolutely brilliant stay. The staff were amazing..they were so friendly and a good laugh. Offering us complimentary drinks when we were by the ge pool and giving us evening snacks when we returned.
Our room was beautiful. Great location
The only issue I had was that the bed had a mattress protector on it, which i understand is for hygiene reasons, but it made the bed very hot and the sheet kept sliding off it.

Rate them 11 out 10... Stayed in a lot of 5-star Hotels for work, they exceled on levels. If you're looking for a place then look no further, you're love it here.

We stayed for 6 nights in June 2026. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Goreme. We loved our beautiful room. They even upgraded us during our stay to an even more beautiful cave room. The swimming pool was a perfect added bonus to cool off after a day exploring. The hotel is family run and were so helpful with advice on trips and restaurants and booked us the most amazing balloon flight. They also brought us fresh fruit. Which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the breakfast terrace were amazing especially watching the balloons at sunrise. We will definitely return to see you with our family and will be telling everyone about the beautiful hotel set amount the fairy chimneys. An absolutely amazing hotel and stay was had by us all. Will definitely be back.

Nice location, easy to walk to town or to the ridge to watch balloons. Breakfast was delicious, great rooftop views and the service was fantastic. They helped arrange airport transfers as well and even made us an early breakfast when we left.
