    I stayed several nights in one of the Family rooms since that’s what was available when I booked. The hotel is in a quiet street just 1 block from the main restaurants and shops so it’s nice and quiet with very quick access. I had my car and parked on the street right in front where there are cameras and always an available space. . The roof top terrace is great for watching the sunrise balloons as well as to enjoy anytime throughout the day. Breakfast is a full and complete Turkish delight with SO much variety including cheeses, freshbread, eggs. Olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, a yogurt concoction, a sweet cake, and on and on. The only drawback for me was breakfast didn’t start until 8:30 and was often running 15-20 minutes behind. They serve each table individually on a first come first served basis so if you are the 4th table to sit down and they didn’t serve the first table until close to 9, it could be 9:30 til you get your food, so just be aware of that when scheduling tours and the like.

    Better than expected. Most of the hotels have the cave living type rooms which can seem a little old fashioned, but it ties in with the whole experience of Cappadocia. The hotel was much better than expected and the whole family felt comfortable, the host was friendly and warm. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

    I booked this hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived late at night, the room was very hot (26°C) because the air conditioning was not working properly. I reported this issue to Agoda, and they contacted the property. The hotel agreed to fix it, but when I returned, the problem was still unresolved. Also, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location is excellent, very central and convenient. However, the attitude of the staff at the main reception was disappointing—one of the staff members was rude and uncooperative, which made the situation worse. Overall, the location is great, but the room comfort and service need serious improvement.
