Toiletries were not marked- didn’t used it at all.

Rooms were spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

One of ourrooms had a step up to the bed, which didnt have a handrail, it wasnt good to go to the bathroom in the night. Also generally speaking, for older people, it needed higher level metalwork next to the outdoor steps in the courtyard.

The room was spectacular, absolute cave-like but very spacious, comfortable, clean, and just beautiful. The breakfast was excellent too, with multiple options to choose from. The common spaces and the terrace were incredible, great view, comfortable, and with a really cool vibe.

Going up and down the stairs with the luggage could be difficult, we had to go through 2 flights to get from street to our room, which was manageable for us, but it could be difficult for other people with heavier luggage or mobility issues. Keep in mind the hotel is up a hill, so if you are walking, it will be a good 100 meters up and steep from the town center and most restaurants.

Location was good.

Service was not good at all, I pre booked with the hotel a balon flight for 2 people and as the weather was not good for that day, the company canceled the flight on the day. Since I was available the next day I was expecting to be rebooked at the same price, however the hotel asked for double the price which was outrageous, so I missed this activity even we went there mainly for this! Shame on the hotel and flight company for treating their guests like this!
