The home is fully furnished with three bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 7, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, sunny living room, large bonus room, office, laundry room with washer and dryer, mudroom, and lots of storage.
Backyard! Private patio with picnic table, grill, fire pit, and access to nature trails.
Walk or Bike! An easy walk to downtown, seaport, aquarium, restaurants, local shopping, historic bascule bridge, playgrounds, baseball field, waterfront park, marinas, paddle boarding (SUP), kayaking, sailing, nature center and community farm.
Hike! Ten miles of nature trails with access from neighborhood await. Trailmap available.
Fishing and Boating! No better place with access to marinas, charter fishing, ecotours and dinner cruises. Don't forget Block Island - a quick ferry ride or flight to the Bermuda of New England.

We were a multi-generational group of guests ranging from 3 to mid-60s. Our kids were delighted by the trampoline, backyard play structure, and the kids' playroom inside. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the sunny living room. The decor in the house also made us feel very much at home. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that was only a short walk to the Mystic Seaport Museum, which worked out perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again next time!

The house is very conveniently located to all the fun Mystic has to offer. Well laid out and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teens. Owners left a very helpful guide to the area with their personal recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance/tool you could possibly need.

We rented this property for a ladies’ reunion. We live throughout NY and MA so this was a great spot to meet. Hosts were very accommodating from the start. The check in/out process was extremely easy. The house was super clean. The location was perfect!!

Such a great experience at this house. My family and I had a great time. Great location. Great host. Highly recommend really convenient with kids. Would definitely go back!
