About this house rental
Pearl House is your beautiful home away from home in the heart of vibrant Downtown Mystic. There is no "going to town", you are in town! Steps away from the Mystic River, the house enjoys seasonal river views, the sounds of the famous drawbridge opening and the toots and whistles of the many boats that come in and out of the river every day. The home boasts sunny rooms with a full kitchen, two full baths and a peaceful enclosed front porch where you can unwind after a day in town sightseeing. The house is fully fenced in. Pearl House is the perfect size for large families, friend reunions or even two small families that like to travel together. No need to drive, restaurants, shops, museums, the river and more are steps away. The private drive accommodates 2 cars and there is on street parking. Pearl House is walking distance to the train station, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Museum of Art and a 5 minute drive from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The four bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests and a sleeper sofa in the living area will add two more if needed. The sunny backyard features a comfortable sitting area with sun umbrella and a gas BBQ grill. If you feel the need to explore beyond Mystic, beautiful Watch Hill, Misquamicut, the Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos are only twenty minutes away. The location of the house was perfect. It was only one block off of Main St. The house was very clean and well equipped. The decor was charming. It is an older home and was very well maintained. The bath on the first floor has a walk in shower and laundry area. There was room for two cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was quiet and the homes were all lovely. Anne and Jon were easy to reach for any additional information.

For our group - three families from two countries, all gathering to celebrate a graduation - it was all about location, and this house is ideal for spending time together and enjoying Mystic on foot.

The house was perfect for our family group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 8! The house was well equipped with everything we needed! Lots of books, games, toys for the little ones, and endless dvds! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to downtown shops and eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if the opportunity presents itself and we return to Mystic, we would definitely love to rent the Pearl House again!
