As you enter, you`ll discover bright and welcoming interiors adorned with a charming coastal and nautical decor, creating a serene seaside ambiance. Relax in multiple living areas on stylish leather sofas, perhaps gathering around the cozy electric fireplace set in a beautiful brick hearth. The wide-plank hardwood floors add warmth and character throughout, complementing the original architectural details that have been lovingly preserved. You`ll find plenty of room to gather for meals or enjoy quiet moments apart, with multiple living and dining areas designed for your comfort.
Our home boasts two fully-equipped, modern kitchens featuring white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation for your group a breeze. With 6 elegant bedrooms, including options with queen beds and fun bunk beds, and 4.5 updated bathrooms (some with walk-in showers and subway tile, others with tubs), everyone will find their perfect space.

We had a great stay with eight adults! Gerard was responsive and helpful. Check-in was smooth and we really appreciated not having to do a ton of check-out chores. The location is SO nice for walking to local restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property!

Very well located house, close to downtown so a short walk to restaurants and shops (and a CVS, we have young kids). House was clean, communication from the owner was prompt and clear. We had a great weekend.

The house was exactly as described. We had a large group of 10 and there was plenty of room on one side of the house for us to cook, enjoy meals, and watch TV together. The rooms were very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They checked in daily and, when we had issues with the television, responded to our messages even late at night. (we solved the TV issue - unplug and replug!) One thing I would point out is that one of the bunk beds was more "kid-sized", and we had some concerns about whether it would be safe or stable for an adult to sleep on the top bunk. Not an issue for us, as we had extra beds, but we wanted to point it out. Overall, it was a great stay. Mystic is an awesome town and the location of this home was perfect for walking almost everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again.
