• Historic Property: Built in 1847, this townhome retains much of its original character and layout.
• Stairs Required: All three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible only by a flight of stairs.
• Mobility Concerns: Due to the mandatory use of stairs to access all sleeping and bathing areas, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Safety Features: The home is equipped with carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.
• Security: Exterior security cameras are present for property monitoring.

Loved this house. Super clean, had everything we needed, front porch was lovely. Had an issue with the drier and Gerard had it fixed before we returned home from activities. Super close to the drawbridge, easy to get to many places. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this home. It was perfect for our family of four and exactly as advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, including the welcome basket, which was such a nice touch and made us feel immediately welcomed.Working with Gerard was a pleasure. He is a great communicator and was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We have stayed at another one of his properties in the past and had a great experience, and this stay was just as positive.The location was ideal, with an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and a CVS right up the street for any essentials you may have forgotten. Some of our favorite nearby spots were Sift Bakery, Bravo Bravo, Taquerio, Engine Room, and the Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream shop, which our kids absolutely loved. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Beautiful home in a great location close to downtown Mystic. The hosts were very helpful, the house was perfectly clean and well supplied with everything you might need. We had a fantastic visit and would highly recommend this home to others.

Our stay at the property in Mystic was fantastic. The property listing is just as you see. It's a charming and historic townhouse within a short walk to downtown Mystic. We walked every day. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk as well. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and lovely. Gerard, the property owner, reached out daily to make sure everything was going well. He also made the check-in and check-out process convenient. I would stay again!
