This was the perfect house for our family gathering. It’s thoughtfully appointed and has a great layout. The location is great - walking distance to Mystic’s restaurants and shops, and lovely views of town from the upstairs bedroom. Gerard was an attentive and helpful host before and during our stay.

We loved this house and the location is perfect. It is comfy and full of charm. We loved how easy the checkout process was and the owner is super nice. We would book again in a heartbeat!

I can't think of a better, more well-appointed stay than the one we just had at this property. This home is gorgeous and comfortable. The location of the house is absolutely perfect; guests can wander easily and safely into town for dinner, shopping, and more. The hosts were clear and communicative, and everything we needed was outlined in a convenient app. The bedding was lovely and comfortable. A washer, dryer, and iron are provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook and then some, and lovely dishes were provided. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with a selection of makeup removers and plenty of shampoo, hand soap, and body wash. Checkout was super easy, just run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and go. I appreciate the thoughtful hosts who anticipated our every need. We spent a lovely 4 days there for a family wedding and had time to enjoy this gorgeous home and the fabulous town of Mystic!

Perfection- the home was exactly as portrayed, the rooms were beautifully appointed. The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions to our host were addressed promptly! Cleanliness was exceptional! The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed, the mattresses were comfortable for sleeping. I would highly recommend both the home and the host! Thank you Gerard for meeting and exceeding our expectations!
