This Rustic Split Level Vacation Home (built in 1979) gives you the true New England experience, with Mystic Seaport Museum just steps away! The Mystic Aquarium is also a very short 5 minute drive away, located in Olde Mistic Village. The home is a split level design w/ garage. Our fully furnished 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows 10 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 10 ADULTS IN BEDS AND 2 CHILDREN IN BUNK BEDS! Maximum 10 occupancy!
Monthly/Weekly/Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Vacationers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos. Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed.
Guests have access to the entire vacation home. It is only a 5 minute drive into downtown Mystic. We are only steps away from Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium: open all seasons. No need for parking; you are a light stroll or bike ride from Mystic Seaport Museum and a short drive to the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mistic Village. there are no cranks on the casement windows in living room, as they do not open

upper level: master (43" Smart HDTV), bedroom 2 (43" Smart HDTV) & 3 (no TV) all furnished w/ queen beds, large closets, standing AC units
full bathroom tub/shower combo in upper level hallway
lower level: 2 queen beds, 2 standing AC units, dehumidifier, hanging closet, bunk bed (children only), 50" Smart HDTV, washer/dryer, full bathroom w/ shower
lower level bathroom: shower drain, toilet, sinks are all controlled and drained from in-line sump/septic pump behild toilet (please contact host if pump alarm or clog)
all 5 queen beds and bunk bed/trundle = Sealy medium firm mattress
all bedrooms and bathrooms have doors w/ locks for privacy
all bedrooms have table lamps
all bedrooms have luggage racks for suitcases
all bedrooms have standing AC units - when set to "high" fan AC mode, units become loud when pumping out cool air
living room + dining room + kitchen has industrial wall AC unit
Headboard lamps are part of bed design. The lamps ARE NOT functional.

The rental was a great fit for our family. Rental was clean and ac units kept it nice and cool. We particularly enjoyed the back deck for relaxing in the evening.

The property was clean. The air conditioners were loud and didn’t cool the house off on really hot days. The house needs an air conditioning system, not 5 air conditioners. The downstairs floor was always wet, even though we emptied the dehumidifiers all the time. They told you the kitchen wasn’t stocked, but honestly it’s a drawback when renting a house.We also mentioned that we had seen carpenter ants in the house, but they said there wasn’t an ant problem. So we sprayed all the time.Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.
