Extreme or abnormal usage will result in additional charges based on actual meter readings.

• Breaking house rules
• Damage without reporting
• Balcony misuse
• Water leaks caused by negligence
• Disturbing other residents

Violators may be:

• Charged penalties (¥50,000–¥100,000+)
• Reported to police, Osaka City, or other authorities
• Permanently banned from all HOSSY STYLE listings
• Reported to immigration if necessary

Staying at this property was a joy, the location was perfect, tons of great food spots and very close to Nagai Station which will get you right to Namba and other fun Osaka spots. Hossy really made us feel welcome and we can’t wait to come back to Osaka after this great experience. Thank you Hossy!

The place was not ready at the 3 pm check in time. Hissy started cleaning the place after 3 pm, and we ended up waiting until 4 pm on the street. Hossy got upset because we were waiting at the property for him to clean up and get the place ready. He kept yeling at us to leave the bags at the entrance of the unit and come back. At one point, he told me to find a new place if I don't like him. If I did not call VRBO, I may ended up waiting much longer outside... Very unprofessional!
