Very clean and nice house. For its price this is a perfect place to stay as a big company of people

Railway near the house. But it wasn't that bad, I didn't even woke up because of it.

We appreciated the host's responsiveness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Communication was always quick and courteous. The property itself has potential, but unfortunately it fell short of our expectations in several important areas.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay and ended up shortening our reservation. The biggest issue was the noise. There are several dogs nearby that bark frequently during the night and early morning. If you are a light sleeper or place a high value on quiet nights, this may be a significant concern. We found it very difficult to sleep because the barking was often continuous. The property also appeared less well maintained than the photos suggest. The pictures seem to have been taken some time ago. The sofa had a big stain in the middle and also seemed damaged, as it was uncomfortable to sit on (sagging). We noticed a large stain on one of the beds, an electrical outlet hanging loose from the wall, and the overall atmosphere of the house felt quite damp and humid. The location is also close to a major road, so traffic noise, including motorbikes, can be heard. A train passes nearby as well, although we found the barking dogs to be far more disruptive than the road or train noise. Finally, and most importantly, one of the bedrooms has no window. We were surprised by this, as it raises concerns regarding ventilation and emergency egress. We believe this is something prospective guests should be aware of before booking.
