Great location. There were lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. And Nagai park and metro station around the corner. The house was spacious for our family of 5 and had good facilities for cooking and washing clothes and comfy beds.
The air conditioners seemed a bit old so if we were out all day it took a while to cool the place down. But once they were running everything was fine. The fridge also didn’t get that cold so might need to be checked.

Great 3 bedroom apartment: 2 tatami rooms with futons provided, and 1 room with two single beds. Clear instructions to find apartment. Easy to get to from Kansai airport, and good base to see Osaka/Kansai region. Helpful washing and cooking facilities for stay. Kitchen and shower/bath functional/no problems experienced. Check out Tatsumi Onsen if want local onsen experience within walking distance.
No elevator/on fifth floor as noted, but was not an issue for us.

備品が全て揃っていてなに一つ困ることがなかったです。とても綺麗にリノベーションされていて快適でした。
5階階段なので荷物が多いと大変でした。

建物は古かったが、部屋は清潔感があり、広かった。近くに駐車場もあり荷物運びもそんなに苦ではなかった。
五階まで階段はきつかった。 風呂はシャワーであれば問題ないが、風呂は狭く使う気になれなかった。 猛暑日の場合、入り口のドアに陽が当たると熱くなり、鍵がかなり回しにくくなっていた。チェックインとチェックアウト時の時間には鍵を開けるのに数分かかった。 ドアに陽が当たらないようにするなどの処置が必要だと思います。
