- สะอาด มีครัว เครื่องซักผ้า จักรยาน ร่ม อ่างอาบน้ำเล็กๆ
- เตียงนุ่ม นอนสะบาย
- ทางขึ้นเป็นบันไดแคบๆ ยกกระเป๋าใหญ่ลำบาก

ロケーションが最高。近くを南海が走っているためその音はうるさいと思う人がいるかも知れないが、慣れれば気にならない
リフォームした物件なので古いところはあるが、リビング、寝室共に清潔感がある
脱衣所も広く、色々とスペースがあるので、ゆったり使える
場所がちょっとわかりにくい
物件自体は古いので、ホテルのような設備を期待するとギャップはあるかも
階段が急
レースカーテンがあると良かった
IHは自炊には向かない
