今まで利用した民泊で一番良かったです。必要なものはすべてそろっていたので、何不自由なく過ごせます。調理器具（炊飯器やトースター、ケトルなど）や食器類は十分な数がそろっていてありがたかったです。洗濯機もあり、天気が良ければ外で干すこともできます。家族で利用したので、これは本当に助かりました。また徒歩1分のところに夜遅くまで利用できるコインランドリーもあるので急ぎで乾かすのに便利でした。大きなスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店が周辺にたくさんあるので、夜疲れて帰ってきた時もとても楽でした。宿泊前に質問がありオーナーさんに問い合わせたところ、数分でとても丁寧な返信をいただきました。滞在中もこまめに連絡をいただきました。同じビルの別の階でアクシデントがあったときも、わざわざ確認の連絡をしてくださいました。
私は特には気にならなかったですが、消防署が近くにある大きな通り沿いの物件なので、ほぼ毎晩消防車や救急車のサイレンが聞こえていました。気になる人は耳栓があるといいかなと思いました。それ以外は特に気になることはありませんでした。

Communication was really good! The location is quite ideal, right between several kombinis and at a central tube station. However, it is incredibly loud!
There were no (cutlery) knives, the fridge was so loud that we turned it off and hence had none, but the worst was that overall it was incredibly loud: several times a night the loudest motorcycles on this planet, with no muffled exhausts, went by. We could even hear it through ear plugs. The house basically does no sound absorption, as if there was only a shower curtain between the apartment and the main street. The Yamato stops near by were also the worst of the whole trip.

This location was ideal for us. It was a few steps away from the metro station, and there were many great restaurants close to the apartment, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and the heaters kept us warm at night.
The only issue, which I was informed of at booking, is the walk up 5 flights of steep stairs. This might be a struggle for some, especially with large luggage.
