住宿位置很方便，離天下茶屋只有5-6分鐘的步行距離，附近有超商、藥妝店，購物非常方便，地點也非常安靜。
稍嫌擁擠，26吋行李箱沒有地方可以打開，只好把衣櫃裡的東西清空，一半塞在衣櫃裡，另一半在狹窄的走道。退房時沒有寄放行李的服務

兩張雙人床讓一家三口睡的舒適，配有洗衣機及浴室有乾燥功能，靠近天下茶屋站交通便利，附近有7-11、全家、羅森、超市、壽司、王將、KFC還有彌生軒，覓食有多種選擇。
浴室淋浴的排水孔易阻塞，房間空間略小，28吋行李打開就滿了。
