住宿位置離天下茶屋站走路約6、7分鐘，地段非常好，附近有藏壽司及lawson還有兩家7-11。還有一家大間超市，可以購買很多生鮮食材及餅乾零食。附近街道上也有非常多的投幣式飲料機。天下茶屋站附近也有不少拉麵店等餐廳以及一家中型藥妝店可以購買很多伴手禮及保健食品，店內剛好還有會中文的店員，非常方便。
這家優點實在太多，不過美中不足的是房間比較小，行李箱比較難完全攤開，以及家庭房桌子很小且只有兩張椅子。另外陽台沒有提供吊繩讓我們可以吊掛要晾的衣服，需要自備或到當地採購。且衣架數量不多，大概5、6個，如果需要整個家庭洗衣服的話有點不夠，需要自備更多衣架。

Nous étions au 5eme étage et il était appréciable d'avoir l'ascenseur. Chambre très propre. Une machine à laver et l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Osaka
