Lagoon Homestay Hoi An

Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Stayed at this Homestay and I would say that I truly enjoyed it. The host Tom communicated really well and helped us in everything we need ie: booking a pickup from the domestic airport, other transport to other places, suggestions of places to go to and eat see and do, rooms are clean although a bit small but was enough for 2 people in twin beds. It's very quiet and safe and we were able to leave our suitcases when we checked out and was able to still walk around. It is a 10 min walk to the Ancient Town/Boat lanterns. Walking distance as well to a lot of cafes and eateries, spa, a few steps to get to an ATM, across the road is a self-service laundromat and a custom made shoe store. It is good value for money, quiet and safe.

It doesn't have a lift. If you are alone and have heavy suitcases it can be an issue. However, Tom catered for us and accommodated us to a room on their second floor which was a big help.

It was very central and clean and practical

We were in the attic and it was very warm and the AC was capped so we couldn’t get it much cooler than a certain temperature

We really enjoyed central location, room with window, hot water, quiet area

-humidity in the room -a lot of ants -mosquitos -room seems bigger on the photos
