Beautiful building, quiet area with plenty of cafes, and a supermarket nearby. The tram is just a block away. Bed was comfortable!
It wasn’t a problem for us, but keep in mind this is away from the night life.

The location was great, easy to access with public transportation and not too far from the city center.
Communication with the host was very easy, and checking-in and out was without hassles.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and there's even a small kitchinette inside the room, which was very useful.
The mattress was too soft for us.
