Cleanliness and great location. Amenities are also great.
The bed is uncomfortable (dented in the middle, so OK for one person, but very uncomfortable for two). Elevator is declared in description but did not work during out whole stay, so we had to bring our heavy luggage up and down. The balcony mentioned in the description is not private but shared with strangers, so basically unusable (if we just our door to the balcony, they can see our whole room and enter it).

Convenient to T stop and very clean.
Only issue was the shower door gap allows water to leak out so we had to roll up a towel at the bottom of the gap.
