Great lively neighborhood, quiet building, and a very recently renovated room.
There was a funky smell in the room. I found a dead cockroach under the desk when I arrived.

Good location. Very clean. Good bed. Nice bathroom. Had “everything “.
Could not find a way to turn on heat. No sound proofing. Heard everyone else’s movement. Not cheap - even for a major city.
