Great location in Brookline. Comfortable apartment building.
The queen mattress needs to be replaced.

80$ cleaning fee for a one bedroom, when the cost of the total booking was only 115$ is ridiculous! Deposit has still not been refunded, and was double charged for the room, which issue has still not been resolved.

Mattress was awful! I sank in about 3-4” and it wasn’t because of memory foam...this mattress was old. The rug below the bed was old (stained). I found the place cold and impersonal as no human interaction with hosts...I would stay in a hotel or B&B next time. A TV guide and how to use the heating would have helped. The bathroom and room were clean and thank God for that!
