Features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps 4. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers seating for 4. Additional amenities include laundry in the basement and a back patio.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of this awesome apartment. This place was so great, we want to rebook next time we come to Boston! Located close to trains and local neighborhood amenities galore.

The apartment was in a quiet building and a quiet neighborhood. It was easy walking distance to the train, market, restaurants, and fitness center. The apartment was adorable and nicely equipped.
The apartment building itself is old, the carpet on the steps was terribly stained and dirty and it stunk. This made the initial impression bad since you have to climb two flights of steps on the dirt and in the stink to get to the apartment. Once in the apartment all is fine.
Be prepared to climb up 1+ flights of steps to get to the building and another two flights of steps to get to the apartment. Also be prepared to do a lot of walking even if you drove. I found this to be just fine, but for anyone considering this apartment, just be aware of this.
The surrounding area is safe and convenient by train to anywhere in the Boston area. Compared to everything else I priced, this is a great deal.
