Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $10/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Property was as described, very clean and comfortable. If you're looking for modern and chic then look elsewhere. Amenities are fully functional although dated. Close 7 min walk to the T train station (green line) and the bus stop is 2 min away. Host checked in regularly and offered quick assistance when needed. Being pet-friendly was a definite plus. Would definitely stay with them again. Thanks!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I and we've already decided we will stay here again (when we come to Boston to visit our kids). We loved the living area; the bedroom had the kind of space we like to have our suitcases open (also a great dresser if we had been there longer and wanted to unpack); and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The decor felt uncluttered but homey, just a lovely feeling. The neighborhood is quiet and in such a great spot: just a block from a neighborhood store (Kurkman's Market) so we just walked to and from for our groceries, a bakery on that block as well for fresh baked things (Yum!!), and also just a quick walk to Olmstead Park and Jamaica Pond. The check-in and -out emails included a phone number to call or text with issues or questions, but everything was easy and we didn't need to get any extra assistance. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a mostly good, 6 day stay. It’s managed by a large company so when you “contact the host,” you don’t actually have direct contact with a host. The communication is mostly through an automated AI chat bot, and that became frustrating when we needed human answers to questions. The bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress was soft and sinking and led to some awful back pain. I let the “host” know on the second day, and no action was taken until our final night. They were kind enough to replace the mattress but I honestly can’t tell you if it’s any better since it came so late in the game. We solved our own issue by putting the mattress from the fold out bed on the floor in the living room, so we just slept there our final night since we were use to it. It wasn’t super comfortable though. It is quite loud-you will hear every door shut and the foot steps of neighbors above. It’s very bright in the morning and the curtains don’t keep much light out. Needless to say, we did not sleep well in the apartment, but we made some beautiful meals in the kitchen, enjoyed seeing our toddler play in the living room, and had some nice showers. Random side note: I always bring my own shampoo/conditioner/body wash when I travel because I am sensitive to fragrance, but I loved the products they had in the bathroom so much that I didn’t have to use my own. Would we stay again? If they ensure a firm mattress and get some black out curtains, and we remember to bring ear plugs, absolutely.
