Perfect Location with Super View

Great modern apt in fantastic location with all the amenities you need!

The location was everything! Perfect view of the Eiffel Tower and Seine, walking distance to a wonderful farmer's market and museums. Amazing restaurant just next door. Building was secure. We felt safe. It had an elevator which was super convenient. It had good kitchen appliances and the bathroom was nice and modern. Great idea to have the nice fan in the bedroom and the extra adaptor was a nice touch.

The shower design might need a rethink. You can't use the overhead rain shower without flooding the entire bathroom. Drain needs cleaning to manage the water flow into the shower. Host should warn guests about the party boat that plays very loud music between about 9:30pm to 11:00pm. If I had small children sleeping in the front room, this would have been a big problem. The kitchen could use more wine glasses. The hot water kettle didn't work or it caused the power to short so it would not turn on. Bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels, etc.

Great Apartment is perfect location.

This is a great place to stay with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for two people. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the letting agent is very good. They are helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic time and I would recommend this apartment and company.

The lift needs fixing but that not the fault of the agent. Could prove difficult for some people. We were on the 6th floor. The apartment could benefit from a little TLC but nothing significant.

One Word: VIEWS!

Loved the location!!! Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and close to restaurants and bar. Very spacious living room, bathroom and bed was comfy! A little on the pricier side for a one night stay, but I guess you are paying for the views.

Instructions to get in were a little confusing, the elevator leading up to the apartment is super small (for one person) and rickety. The door getting into the apartment is old and needs some updating, as it was hard turning the knob to get in and get the hang of unlocking. The only other thing I didn't like was the host of the apartment arrived early for check out and keyed into the apartment without knocking and was checking on things while I was still there packing up. She pretty much was hawking the door and then was waiting inside the apartment for me to leave (even though I still had an hour before checkout). She was very rude and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, very weird experience checking out!

Amazing!

It’s worth the price for the view alone! Picture doesn’t describe how close you are to the Eiffel Tower. Equipped with a sweet balcony to just sit and stare. Many cool Parisian sights within walking distance. Not much foot traffic on the apartment side of the street. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to soak in Paris. We would definitely stay again!

Not really anything to dislike about this place. Shops a bit of a walk if you want to stock up fridge. Restaurants and cafes very close by. Was great for us. 😃

The place its unkept need strong housekeeping. The unavailability of WIFI was a bummer. The management of this place is very poor. What we paid for vs the property its more. Maybe Renovate only kitchen is good but the rest its either old or dirty.

Pathetic

There was not a single person - key was hidden under some bench, and we were told to return the set of keys on dining table - which we did. The property manager sent us msg she didn’t find keys and fob which was totally bizarre. Why have this type of exchange of keys and not have some person to check in and out?

We didn’t have internet access for even 1sec of 4 days stay. We reported this day1 - and nothing was done. Some msgs came asking us to reboot the modem which we tried multiple times but to no avail. Nobody came to see or fix anything. TV didn’t work as there was no internet. Beds had bugs which bit everyone in my family. I sent the property manager pics 3 times - she kept saying she didn’t get any pics which she’s clearly lying. I’ve proof of every msg I sent her.

Apartment is in poor condition and has terrible service -- not worth it, even with the great view.

The water pressure was good. The view is great, of course. The management company was available via phone and computer, but then they would just make promises to help us and not follow through.

Here is what I wish someone had told me before I rented: even with the great view, there were so many problems that this place is just not worth it. Apartment was very dirty, furniture was in bad condition, so many things were broken, and the management was not helpful. Getting any help from them was a struggle. Also, being so near the Eiffel Tower has other drawbacks. The street below is very noisy, there are no good grocery stores nearby, and the restaurants are very touristy.

Location location location.

Awful check in experience. Cleaning lady did hand off of keys, room wasn’t ready, elevator was difficult to use, neighbor lady yelled at us, stranger in the apartment waiting on her friend the cleaning lady. My recommendation would be to update the manual about the elevator, have someone that can help with key exchange/language other than cleaning lady who just wanted to finish her job, ensure better communication for delays and maybe offer some sort of gesture to help assuage any bad experience your visitors do encounter.
